I sometimes hear people say, “Nothing good ever came from the web.” I disagree. I have made friends, learned a ton, and built a support network online. Recently I was contacted by a group called IssuesIFace.com. They found my blog online, and asked me to write about my life story for their site. I was honored! Here is my story: Domestic Violence, Living with the Enemy.
While working with this group, I learned more about what they do. This organization seeks to help others through on-line mentoring. Their site shares stories of many issues people experience:
- Abortion
- Alcohol Addiction
- Alcoholic Parents
- Anorexia
- Anxiety
- Arthritis and
- Autism
And that is just the “A’s”! They currently list 44 different real-life issues many of us face. Pretty cool!
